The estimated service activation time is up to 14 days. Dedicated server setups may take longer due to extra configuration requirements, up to 4 weeks.
Data Content: ElysianHosting does not have access to or responsibility for the content stored on your servers. Users should ensure they back up all critical data.
Network Usage: Every VPS, VDS, or dedicated server will receive a unique IPv4 address. It must not be used for illegal activities, including but not limited to DDoS attacks.
CPU and Memory Usage: It is the user's responsibility to ensure their CPU and RAM usage remains within reasonable limits. High and sustained resource usage may trigger an investigation into the account.
Accurate Information: Users must provide truthful and accurate details during account setup. Providing false information will result in termination of the account without refund.
Security: Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials.

The length of the service contract is selected by the user at the time of purchase and is outlined in the agreement.
